For the purposes of this -Privacy Notice-, VERSALABS INC, a Corporation, domiciled in the Republic of Panama, is responsible for the protection and processing of your data. You can contact them via email at [e-mail].

It will be established how your information will be treated by VERSALABS INC, as well as the purpose for which it was collected, by Law 81 of 2019 on "Personal Data Protection" and Executive Decree No. 285 of May 28, 2021, which regulates Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection (the "Law").

VERSALABS INC respects your right to privacy and protection of personal data, sensitive personal data, including your financial or patrimonial data, which are protected under the Law. The database containing your information is the responsibility of VERSALABS INC, and your information is properly safeguarded following the administrative, technical, and physical security provisions established in the relevant Law, to protect it from possible damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.

If you are a minor, parental or guardian supervision is required when submitting personal data; and we are not responsible for any failure to comply with the above.

SENSITIVE DATA The Data Owner acknowledges and agrees that due to their relationship with VERSALABS INC, they have not provided, nor will they have to provide "sensitive personal data", i.e., intimate data or data whose proper or improper use could lead to discrimination or pose a serious risk to them. If the Data Owner provides sensitive data, they must agree to provide them in advance and will leave VERSALABS INC free from any complaint or claim.

REQUEST TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS The Data Owner may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition concerning their personal data, as well as request the revocation of their consent, by sending a request to VERSALABS INC via email at [e-mail], providing their full name and address or any other data or document that allows their identification, including a legal document proving ownership, as well as the purpose of their request and/or procedure to be carried out. If the person submitting the request is the parent, mother, or guardian of the personal data owner, they must be accompanied by the minor's birth certificate and/or a legal document proving guardianship (only applicable to the Guardian). The official identifications accepted by VERSALABS INC are; valid Passport, Personal Identity Card, Driver's License, valid immigration document issued by the competent authority (for foreigners). The response time is twenty (20) working days.

PURPOSE The information requested by VERSALABS INC is for commercial purposes and may be used, but not limited to: (i) account registration, (ii) contracting of products and/or services, (iii) issuing invoices, (iv) informing you of new products or services that may be of interest in relation to the site, (v) connecting with us through our website, (vi) accessing the referral program, and/or (vii) any other action necessary to fulfill VERSALABS INC's interests regarding the agreement reached with the Data Owner.

Currently, we collect the following information through our website: Data Owner's name, company (if applicable), and email. In the future, we may also create a mailing list to send communications about launches, promotions, etc. Additionally, while we have not yet implemented analytics tools, it is possible that this will be done shortly.

Your personal data and customer history will be used by VERSALABS INC and will be recorded in our database, as well as any other personal, sensitive, or any other kind of information, as long as it complies with the provisions of the Law and its Regulations regarding each type of information. This information can be used by VERSALABS INC for any of the purposes described.

MODIFICATION If any modification is required to the stipulations in this Privacy Notice, VERSALABS INC undertakes to inform you of the necessary changes by any means, including electronic means, after giving you prior notice so that you can express what is in your best interest. If we do not receive an express written refusal from you, or any response at all, it will be understood that you accept the changes made.

DATA TRANSFER VERSALABS INC will only transfer your data to comply with official regulatory provisions and/or to address duly substantiated and motivated information requests issued by competent authorities.

DATA OWNER'S CONSENT The Data Owner acknowledges and agrees that if this "Privacy Notice" is available through an electronic page (website, internet page, or similar) or any other electronic device, by clicking "accept" or by continuing to browse the site, or by providing their Data through it or through any electronic means (email, etc.), it constitutes a manifestation of their consent for VERSALABS INC to process their Data, in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Similarly, they state that if this "Privacy Notice" is available in writing, their signature, initials, name, or fingerprint, or by providing their Data, constitutes a manifestation of their consent for VERSALABS INC to process their data, in accordance with this "Privacy Notice".

NOTIFICATION OF NOTICE CHANGES If VERSALABS INC changes this privacy notice, such changes will appear on the website www.versadex.finance.
